Would love to go back here!
Surprise from my housemates!
I always thought “Sunday-Drivers” were a myth, but now that I work during the week, and drive at the weekend, I realize it is definitely not a myth
Today, I embarked on the incredibly boring drive from my home-home to my uni-home! I ventured through rain, blindingly low sunshine, and even thunder & lightning. And let’s not forget the crazy “Sunday-Drivers”.
This morning, before I left Sunny-Surrey, my brother said “I always thought “Sunday-Drivers” were a myth, but now that I work during the week, and drive at the weekend, I realize it is definitely not a myth.” Before my brother mentioned this, I had never even heard of these people, and now, after just a short journey from one county to another, I understand the term fully. People drive like such idiots! I saw two crazy-cars fighting over one lane on the motorway, consequently pushing one into the gravel part of the centre area. Not only was it dangerous for both parties involved, but also the surrounding cars (including me!). After this strange turn of events, they both sped off into the distance, of which I quite gladly encouraged. Crazy people.
So apologies for if I go a bit photo-manic!
DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO HELP ME CONCENTRATE SO I CAN FINISH THIS ESSAY?!
I saw an awesome ad at my local HSBC today (this is while I spent a few minutes too long waiting in line…). It was pretty much a re-organisation of the qwerty keyboard into the shape of a world map and it was followed with a tagline of something along the lines of “world investment at your fingertips” … I want to share this with you all, but I’m in the rather troublesome process of finding it! So far, I’ve only been able to find a similar image (see above).
Watch this space!
This bean bag is so ridiculously comfortable, sometimes it is near impossible to get up…
Just a quickie about this product. It’s amazing. I bought one on Ebay a few months ago - I know what you are thinking, and yes, I too was skeptical of whether it was real. But, at the time I didn’t have enough money to buy one at the RRP. So there I was, thinking I’d lucked in with a cheap price for a good product but when it arrived it was obvious that it wasn’t a real Benefit product. Nonetheless, it has served me well over the past few months, baring in mind I use it every day.
Anyhow, yesterday (being my birthday and everything), my brother got me a Benefit eye makeup set, which, due to the fact that I only tend to where browns and neutrals on my face - they match my hair and eyes very well - I decided that I wanted to change the “Eye Wanna” to something different. So I jumped into my little Vee-dub polo and dashed off to Benefit in Windsor, where the lovely sales assistant helped me to choose what I wanted. And, et voila - Hoola! The beautiful bronzer that gives your cheeks a beautiful glow!
At this point, I really saw the difference between the fake and the real! For one, the box is a completely different size. Then, the copy on the front is different, and the colour is richer on the real one. (Not to mention that the fake one is also a lot, and I mean A LOT more orange). *SAY NO TO TANGO*
So, I am now a happy chappy with my Hoola. GOOD TIMES! If you ever get the chance (and money) , try it! =]
